Steve Tedesco has over 35 years of experience in the design and construction of groundwater treatment facilities. He is a graduate of Polytechnic Institute of NYU with a BS in Civil Engineer and is a registered profession engineer in the State of California. Steve has designed over 15 groundwater treatment plants ranging in size from less than 1.0 MGD to over 25.0 MGD. His treatment plants have removed a wide variety of contaminates including VOCs, 1,2,3 TCP, MTBE, 1,4-Dioxane, Perchlorate, Nitrates, Benzene, Iron, Manganese and Total Dissolves Solids. He is currently completing the design of 6 PFAS treatment plants ranging in size from 4.0 to 25.0 MGD.
Mr. McGurk has over thirty-five years of diverse electrical construction experience and advanced management training. His expertise ranges from small commercial facilities to large, complex infrastructure projects electrically valued at more than $125 million.
He helps clients achieve project goals through his relevant experience, including responsibility for design, design assist and engineering oversight of large and complex infrastructure projects. He adds a unique, value added perspective due to his career development. Which includes, development of opportunities and markets, strategic partnerships, teaming and project executive responsibilities coupled with relevant experience in managing large day-to-day operations
Lance S. Holman manages the mission, strategic direction, and operational planning for Holman Capital Corporation. He has over 25 years of corporate and public sector finance experience in product development, capital deployment, and institutional investments.
He has worked for SunTrust Equipment Finance & Leasing Corp. and Chase Equipment Finance originating and structuring tax-exempt lease and debt obligations for public agencies. He has extensive experience financing capital equipment, aircraft, real property, technology, infrastructure, and building efficiency transactions with a broad range of borrowers and investors. Before that, Mr. Holman held management positions with Ford Motor Credit in global product strategy and US Bank in institutional investments.
Mr. Holman earned his undergraduate degree in Public Finance at Indiana University and went on to earn his MBA & M.S in Finance at the University of Colorado in 1993. He presently resides in Orange County, CA.
